Sample Preparation

The information on the sample preparation presented here is not sufficient for use in the laboratory. For a detailed step by step description, please refer to the instruction manual.

  • Pipette 25 µl Extraction Buffer into 96 well filter plate.
  • Add 50 µl sample/calibrator/MassCheck® control and shake 2 min.
  • Add 250 µl reconstituted Internal Standard Mix and shake 40 s .
  • Separate precipitate by centrifugation (2000 x g, 1 min) and collect the eluate in collection plate.
  • Dilute eluate with Dilution Buffer, instrument and parameter set specific, in an additional collection plate.
  • Seal collection plate with pierceable adhesive seal and transfer to autosampler.
  • Inject eluate into the LC-MS/MS system.
