Scientific Support Specialist (m/f/d)
HPLC & LC-MS/MS

Your role:

  • As a Scientific Support Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and demonstrating our IVD reagent kits at customers' sites in your region and for providing training.

  • You will be the first point of contact for your customer base on all technical matters relating to LC-MS/MS.

  • You will also be responsible for repairing and maintaining Chromsystems HPLC devices at customers' laboratories.

  • You will employ your skills to provide expert support via our support hotline to respond to customer queries.

  • You will also actively back up our Sales Team on technical and application-related matters.


What you will bring to the role:

  • Ideally, you combine a successfully completed scientific or technical degree with relevant professional experience.

  • You will already have worked with HPLC and/or LC-MS/MS applications in the past.

  • You are interested in laboratory automation.

  • You are also a motivated "do-er" and team player who prioritises personal responsibility and face technical challenges head on.

  • If you enjoy the constantly changing environment of business trips and you are willing to share your expertise with our customers, you are perfect for this position.

  • You have a very good command of German and English and can use both languages with skill on service call-outs.

  • For the Baden-Württemberg/Switzerland region, knowledge of French will be an advantage.
