Assistant Administrator (m/f/d) Sales Backoffice

Your role:
- You will be responsible for the administration of customer master data, including creation, maintenance and checking, and for checking compliance policies.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring of current offers, conditions and contracts centrally.
- You will have the key user role for specialist system use and data maintenance on our merchandise management system (Sage100).
- You will create changes and run documented system tests and training sessions.
- You will be the contact for our e-commerce connections for customers and Sales.
- You will also continue to develop the standard reports we currently use.
What you will bring to the role:
- You have a degree in business administration.
- You understand processes, administration structures and how to use systems.
- You have experience with ERP software systems (e.g. Sage100).
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English, as well as knowledge of how to use MS Office at a professional level, in particular Excel.
- Knowledge of Sales Backoffice or Customer Service would be an advantage.
- You always work with care, in a structured way and with a high level of responsibility.
- You enjoy operating as part of a team, while also working independently, with energy and on your own responsibility.
