The MassCheck® Drugs of Abuse Testing Urine Hydrolysis Control Set contains selected substances in conjugated form and is used to verify enzymatic hydrolysis across several substance classes. The lyophilized control is based on human urine. The Urine Hydrolysis Control is processed and measured like a sample. Comparing the determined values of the hydrolyzed substances with the target concentrations stated on the package insert allows insufficient enzyme activity to be detected.
