The Basic Kit allows the rapid quantitative determination of a multitude of substances in serum or plasma by LC-MS/MS. To perform the analysis, you will need the MassTox® Basic Kit A, the substance-specific MassTox® Parameter Set and the analytical column MassTox® TDM MasterColumn® A.

Preparation of the research samples is the same for all parameters, based on a simple, effective protein precipitation process. The use of stable isotope-labelled (deuterated) internal standards ensures high performance of the analysis.

The Basic Kit A is available for 200 and 1000 analyses.
