AACC Clinical Lab Expo 2022

Clinical Diagnostics using HPLC & LC-MS/MS

The AACC Clinical Lab Expo is about to start on July 26 and we at Chromsystems are looking forward to your visit at booth 1527 at the McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago.

The portfolio of our clinical diagnostics assays, calibrators and controls has grown extensively, so take the opportunity to talk with us face-to-face about our newest developments.

Below we compiled some of the most exciting topics that include MassSTAR, a new automation solution for clinical mass spectrometry.

MassSTAR is a CE-validated turnkey solution specifically designed for automating clinical LC-MS/MS sample preparation with Chromsystems assays. The test menu covers MassTox® Immunosuppressants (cyclosporin A, everolimus, sirolimus, tacrolimus), MassChrom® Vitamin D (25-OH-Vitamin D2, 25 OH-Vitamin D3) and 7 parameter sets of MassTox® TDM Series A (antidepressants, anti-epileptic drugs, antimycotics, mycophenolic acid and neuroleptics). The system is showcased at our booth and represents a robotic solution with full traceability and regulatory compliance.

The MassChrom® Amino Acid Analysis (AAA) assays in plasma/serum or urine offer the full spectrum for your amino acid analysis. You can quantify 48 amino acids in plasma/serum. Or you opt to quantify 52 amino acids and creatinine in urine in one run. Both assays are used, among other things, for the determination of metabolic diseases.

CSQUANT® helps to simplify and accelerate the evaluation of large amounts of LC-MS/MS data generated by Chromsystems assays from batch generation through to data mining and reporting. The software is perfectly suited for AAA, TDM or drugs of abuse testing.

According to the AACC, LDTs are of paramount importance for adequate patient care and advance in laboratory medicine, as they play a significant role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. and are available in the USA. Almost all our calibrators and QCs are based on human and traceable material.
