Focus on TDM and Drugs of Abuse Testing

The 59th meeting of TIAFT is combined with the 30th annual meeting of the SFTA and we are looking forward to welcoming you at our booth at the Convention Center of Versailles.

Take this opportunity to talk with us face-to-face about our newest developments. Below we compiled some of the most exciting topics that include MassSTAR, a new automation solution for clinical mass spectrometry.

Highlights in therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical toxicology:

This system allows the fast and efficient monitoring of 200 therapeutic drugs without column switching or change of the mobile phases. Almost all parameters are safeguarded by internal standards. Substances include antidepressants, antiepileptic drugs, benzodiazepines, neuroleptics and psychostimulants.

MassSTAR is a CE-validated turnkey solution specifically designed for automating clinical LC-MS/MS sample preparation with Chromsystems assays. The test menu covers immunosuppressants (cyclosporin A, everolimus, sirolimus, tacrolimus), vitamin D (25-OH-vitamin D2, 25 OH-vitamin D3) and about 100 TDM parameters (antidepressants, antiepileptic drugs, antimycotics, mycophenolic acid and neuroleptics).

This assay offers the target screening of 108 drugs and metabolites with an analysis time of approximately 12 minutes. A quantitative confirmation can also be performed within the same run.

CSQUANT® helps to simplify and accelerate the evaluation of large amounts of LC-MS/MS data generated by Chromsystems assays from batch generation through to data mining and reporting. The software is perfectly suited for TDM or drugs of abuse testing.
